Welcome to OPLab

The Optoelectronics and Photonics Laboratory (OPLab) at Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering, Phenikaa University was officially established in the 5th, May 2019. The purpose of our lab is to conduct fundamental science and applied technology to become a leading research group on optoelectronics and photonics in Vietnam with an internationally high reputation. We aim to contribute significant growth to the optoelectronics industry such as advanced phosphors for plant growth lighting and WLED applications.

We have an energetic community of Ph.D. students and researchers, led by Prof. Dr. Pham Thanh Huy, who is well known as the pioneer in building the model of research cooperation and technology transfer between universities and industries in Vietnam.
